We are coming to the end of the first week of Fringe! We have a weeks worth of podcast treats coming your way with companies who are either currently playing the Fringe or are about to join the thousands of acts playing in Edinburgh. Today Saltire Sky Theatre join our co-editor, Rebecca Donati, to discuss their Edinburgh Fringe 2023 productions ‘MANikin’ & ‘Bits N Pieces’.
Both these productions feature local Edinburgh talent, and surround themes and issues which resonate with Scottish audiences. ‘MANikin’ plays Leith Arches from Monday 7th – Tuesday 22nd August at 16:00 (except Thursday 10th & 17th August). ‘Bits N Pieces’ is also at Leith Arches, Friday 11th till Saturday 26th August at 19:30 (except Thursday 17th & 24th August).
Unfortunately, Saltire Sky Theatre’s funding was pulled from under them a few days ago, with little explanation. Please support this company and donate anything you can to help them continue their Fringe journey.
