To celebrate it being the first of August, we thought we would treat you to an ‘On The Road To Fringe’ double bill with Scylla’s Bite & Visually Impaired Creators Scotland.
Abby and Rebecca from Scylla’s Bite Theatre Company join our co-editor Rebecca, discussing their show ‘Break Up With Your Boyfriend’. The show follows Cassie and Jo. Cassie is a hot mess. Jo is playing it cool. When a sleepover erupts with a phone-call break-up, two women get ready to light it up and burn it down. Through raging reflections, cathartic cooking shows, and treadmill therapy, these best friends must face the realities of their romantic relationships and the toxic truth behind them. The production runs 12:55 at The Pleasance Courtyard (Beside) from Wednesday 2nd to Monday 28th August (except Wednesday 16th Aug).
